Questions about selling

Your question is missing? Call us on 078 733 75 60 or write to info@elektrodeal.ch.

How accurate is the price range in the form?

It is an indication based on simple sample values for model, year, mileage, condition and battery details, not a market price analysis. We prepare the non-binding offer individually based on your details and photos.

Can the price differ after the inspection?

Yes. The offer is non-binding and based on your details and photos. If the inspection reveals differences, such as damage or a lower battery condition, we adjust the price and explain the reason. You can then decline at no cost.

How is the battery condition taken into account?

The battery condition (state of health, SOH) influences the value of an electric car. If you know the value, for example from the vehicle app or a service report, enter it in the form. Whether and how a measurement is possible at the inspection depends on the vehicle. We clarify this with you in advance.

My car is still leased or financed. Is that possible?

Usually yes. We clarify the settlement together with you and your bank or leasing company. You only need the contract or the contract number.

Where do you buy electric cars?

Across Switzerland. We arrange the viewing and handover with you. Whether we collect your car, and at what cost, we clarify case by case.

Which documents do I need?

The vehicle registration document, all keys, service records and the charging cable. You can upload the right-hand side of the registration document directly in the form.
